1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the AirlineCV web application (the "Service"). By placing an order on the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all consumers and professional users who purchase paid products or subscriptions from AirlineCV.

These Terms complement the general Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which remain applicable in all respects. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use, these Terms of Sale shall prevail with respect to commercial matters.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 Available Products

AirlineCV offers the following paid products:

• Single CV Download (One-Time Purchase): A one-time purchase allowing the download of a single CV as a high-quality, watermark-free PDF document. Price: 5€ (five euros) including applicable taxes.
• Pro Monthly Subscription: A recurring monthly subscription providing unlimited watermark-free CV downloads, access to all 13 premium templates, AI-powered cover letter generation, and priority support. Price: 15€ (fifteen euros) per month, including applicable taxes.

3.2 Free Features

AirlineCV allows all users to build and preview CVs at no charge. Paid features are required only for downloading watermark-free PDF files and accessing certain premium features such as AI cover letter generation.

3.3 Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT). Prices are valid at the time of order and are subject to change. Any price change will not affect orders already confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed on the Service at the time you confirm your purchase.

4. Ordering Process

To make a purchase on AirlineCV, you must:

• Have a registered AirlineCV account
• Have completed your CV or the document you wish to download
• Select the desired product (single download or subscription)
• Complete the secure payment process through Stripe

Your order is considered confirmed and a binding contract is formed when your payment is successfully processed by Stripe and you receive a confirmation (either on-screen or by email). AirlineCV reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. Accepted payment methods include those supported by Stripe, which typically include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other payment methods available in your region. The specific payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout.

5.2 Payment Security

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of security certification in the payment industry. AirlineCV does not store your full credit card details on its servers. For more information about payment security, please refer to Stripe's security documentation.

5.3 Payment Timing

For one-time purchases, payment is charged immediately at the time of order confirmation. For monthly subscriptions, the first payment is charged immediately, and subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same date each month via Stripe's recurring billing system.

5.4 Failed Payments

If a recurring subscription payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge according to its retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled. You will be notified by email of any payment issues.

6. Delivery

All products sold on AirlineCV are digital products delivered electronically:

• Single CV Downloads: Upon successful payment, the watermark-free PDF file is made available for immediate download through the Service. The download link is accessible from your dashboard.
• Pro Subscription: Upon successful payment, subscription benefits (unlimited downloads, all templates, AI features) are activated immediately on your account and remain active for the duration of your subscription.

Delivery is considered complete when the digital product is made available for download or when subscription features are activated on your account. As digital products, there are no physical shipping costs or delivery delays.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

7.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and French consumer law (Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for distance contracts.

7.2 Exception for Digital Content

In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

When you purchase a single CV download or activate a subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal once the PDF has been downloaded or subscription features have been accessed. This consent is obtained during the checkout process before payment is confirmed.

7.3 Refund Policy

Notwithstanding the above, AirlineCV may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure preventing you from downloading your purchased PDF
• Significant quality issues with the generated document (e.g., corrupted file, missing content)
• Duplicate charges or billing errors

To request a refund, contact us at contact@airlinecv.com within 14 days of your purchase, providing your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Subscriptions

8.1 Subscription Terms

The Pro Monthly subscription is a recurring monthly service that automatically renews each month on the anniversary of your initial subscription date. Each renewal is at the then-current subscription price.

8.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings in the Service or by contacting us at contact@airlinecv.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

8.3 Reactivation

If your subscription is cancelled or expires, you may reactivate it at any time by subscribing again through the Service. Your previously created CV data will still be available (locally or on our servers, depending on your storage configuration).

9. Promotional Codes

AirlineCV may from time to time offer promotional or discount codes. The following conditions apply:

• Promotional codes are valid only for the period and under the conditions specified at the time of issuance
• Codes are non-transferable and may be limited to one use per account unless otherwise stated
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly permitted
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• AirlineCV reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional code at any time, including revoking codes that are being used fraudulently or in violation of their intended terms
• If a promotional code provides a discount on a subscription, the discount applies to the specified billing period(s) only, after which the regular price applies

10. Invoicing

For each purchase, an invoice or receipt will be made available through Stripe. You can access your payment history and download invoices from the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at contact@airlinecv.com. Invoices include all information required under French law, including VAT details where applicable.

11. Warranties and Liability

AirlineCV warrants that the digital products will conform to their description and be of satisfactory quality. Specifically:

• Downloaded PDF files will be in a standard, readable format
• Subscription features will be available during the subscription period, subject to reasonable maintenance downtime
• The content of your CV will accurately reflect the information you entered into the Service

Beyond these warranties, the limitations of liability set forth in the Terms of Use apply fully to all purchases. In particular, AirlineCV is not liable for the outcome of any job application submitted using a CV created through the Service.

For EU consumers: these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

12. Force Majeure

AirlineCV shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, pandemic events, or failures of third-party service providers (including Stripe).

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at contact@airlinecv.com to seek an amicable resolution. If no resolution is reached, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may also refer the dispute to a certified consumer mediator. Details of the appointed mediator will be provided upon request.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be submitted to the competent courts in France.
